Albizia also known as Mimosa or Silk Tree, is a fast growing, small to medium sized tree, growing 10-50 ft tall. It has delicate fern like leaves, that will close up when touched and at night. It blooms in early summer with fragrant pink flowers made of silky threads, which attract butterflies and humming birds

You will receive an actual tree in a cloth pot, trees are well rooted, and have grown over 6 feet tall (see second picture) (pictured dormant in winter). In order to ship they will be trimmed down (see third picture). They will put on new growth from below the cut.

We grow our own plants and seeds at our family farm using organic practices only.
