We started as a bare root Walnut nursery serving the agricultural community here in Tulare County over 30 years ago. While we still offer walnuts we now grow them in pots and have a wide array of other plants as well as seeds, supplies and seasonal produce.

As we are located in a desert we feel that every plant must earn the water it uses. As such we select plants that produce food, are drought resistant, or both. With this in mind we have a wide selection of fruiting trees and bushes with many of them being desert plants such as Fig’s, Pomegrantes and Jujube. For those looking for shade and beauty we have drought tolerant landscape plants such as Chitalpa, Albezia and California Pepper Tree. In addition we see that plants native to this area are most perfectly adapted to this climate in all regards so we have a selection of native plants ranging from the iconic and majestic Valley Oak to the diminutive but beautiful Blue Eyed Grass. We practice organic farming methods and are working on getting all that we produce certified organic. This has led us to provide a selection of supplies that are useful for those looking to implement more natural processes such as compost and bird houses.
